The customer who concludes the Software Maintenance Agreement can access the update program from the Customer's dedicated page (CGS-Customer). Please login with the username / password you notified in advance.


A special engineer replies to various technical inquiries, such as the operation method, quickly.
 Our technical support department is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 18:00 during weekdays.(Excluding public holidays and our designated holidays)
