HISTORY
Background
COMPUTER ENGNEERING INC.(CE) and GRAPHIC PRODUCTS INC.(GP) have merged to become C&G SYSTEMS INC. We have developed our own CAD / CAM system for the manufacturing industry focusing on products for Molds & Dies for over 40 years.
Computer Engineering INC. and Graphics Products INC. integrated their operations in July 2007 that led to the establishment of the holding company, Alpha Holdings INC. Alpha Holdings’ main goal was to provide a one stop solution by designing CAD/CAM systems to cater the needs of the whole manufacturing process from designing, prototyping, and mold design/manufacturing. However, the global recession had a significant impact on our company as a group. In such competitive environments, we positioned ourselves strategically to merge Computer Engineering INC. and Graphic Products INC. as a new entity to operate and develop a timely business model to respond to our customer’s requests. From this merger, by creating a product development synergy, we may provide high-value-added products to manufacturing industries. We feel quite confident that by doing so, this will be the most effective way to increase our position and values in the industry and to lead us toward continuous long-term development.
