A problem with the Microsoft Input Method Editor (IME) has been reported on the Windows 10 May 2020 Update (2004).
A fix (KB4571744) has been released by Microsoft, but it is not complete. Bug Details:Official Microsoft Page
As a workaround, be sure to set up the "Use previous versions of Microsoft IME". For more information, please refer to the support site for each product.
